Villa de l’Etang Blanc

The gastronomic restaurant of the chef David Sulpice, awarded 1 Michelin star and 2 Gault Millau "toques", is located near the lake Etang Blanc in Seignosse.

David's cuisine is characterised by very graphic dishes and an explosive touch on the palate, his signature.

The chef sources most of his produce within a 15km radius. Magali and David work with producers with remarkable specialities. The Darrigade farm in Soustons is renowned for its asparagus, foie gras, duck and peanuts! The Pouchucq farm in Angresse for its chicken and black pig. The fish comes from the boat L'Accalmie at the Capbreton fish auction.
