The beach huts at Seignosse are among our favourite spots. We love meeting up there to have a coffee, enjoy a fresh fruit juice or share some homemade tapas whilst looking out over the ocean. And then there’s the sunset, which seems to go on forever… We recommend cycling there: there’s a beach hut on every beach – at Le Penon, L’Agréou, Les Bourdaines, Les Casernes and Les Estagnots.
Each beach hut has its own character and specialities: healthy cuisine, grilled fish, international flavours or traditional Landes dishes. Whatever the time of day, it’s always a good excuse to take a break, have an ice cream, a snack or a fresh juice. Between May and the end of September, the beach huts are generally open every day from 10am to 10pm, but opening times and days outside the summer season may vary depending on the weather.
