We’re committed to reducing our use of printed brochures to help protect the forests. To minimise waste, we’ll create a ROADBOOK – or personalised travel guide – for your stay, tailored precisely to the information you need. Whether you’re contacting us remotely via email or online chat, or in person at reception, your roadbook will be sent directly to your mobile, by email or by text message. It will always be updated automatically. You can also add to it as you wish.
Our offices are located in Seignosse Océan, just a short walk from the beach. We’re open all year round and have a large area with free Wi-Fi. If you’re travelling by car, you’ll find plenty of parking nearby, and all parking in the town is free.
Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (opening hours may vary depending on the time of year)
In JULY and AUGUST: Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, and on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm
Our premises hold the ‘Accueil vélo & Tourisme’ and ‘Tourisme et Handicap’ accreditations. Our organisation holds the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ and ‘Territoire durable’ labels and is classified as Category 1.
