A typical day at Le Penon in summer
Just imagine: you’re sipping your morning coffee on the terrace, newspaper in hand. The children are still asleep. At 10am, everyone hops on their bikes and heads to the market; you do your shopping, have a chat with a local producer, and pop into the tourist office to find out what’s on this week.
In the afternoon, it’s off to the beach or the water park, depending on how you feel. At the end of the day, it’s a leisurely return home; you potter about in front of the shops and spot a restaurant for tomorrow. The towels are hung out to dry, and after dinner with the family, it’s an evening stroll for an ice cream or a cocktail, and you stumble upon a live band playing on a terrace!
Well, that’s a typical day at Le Penon, but of course, there are as many variations as you can imagine!
Two atmospheres to choose from
You can choose accommodation right by the beach and the water park, or a little further back, in a quiet spot under the pine trees. Whether you opt for a holiday flat in a holiday complex or a small family cottage, everything will be less than 10 minutes away by bike.
