With no fewer than 30 surf schools – whether mobile or based right on the beach – it’s fair to say that Seignosse is one of the best places in France to learn to surf! Its consistent waves and vast beaches are ideal for beginners. Learning to surf here couldn’t be easier: there’ll always be a surf school offering lessons and courses, or a surf shop near your accommodation!
You can take a surf lesson, book a multi-day surf course and, if you’re already an experienced surfer, buy or hire equipment on site.
Seignosse also has a kitesurfing school, as this activity is permitted on Estagnots Beach.
