What is Swimrun?
Swimrun is a very popular sport that involves alternating running sessions with open-water swimming sessions. This sport is practised exclusively in pairs, which requires solidarity, mutual support and teamwork. The advantage of the Swimrun Côte Sud Landes is that, over three days, it offers a range of distances to suit everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Depending on the distance chosen, the swimming sections take place in the ocean or at Lake Hossegor.
