Are you uncomfortable with waves? Do you want to understand and read the ocean so you can swim in complete safety? Would you like to overcome your apprehensions and introduce your children to the ocean?
Hélène, a passionate lifeguard, offers you a 1h30 session in small groups. The session will consist of a theoretical part to understand the ocean and the particularities of Landes beaches, followed by in-water training to put Hélène?s advice into practice with fun exercises that will boost your confidence and mastery of the water. Currents, baïnes and waves will no longer hold any secrets for you!
From 10 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
For all ages 6 and up.
Plage des Bourdaines, meet at the lifeguard station.
