Hélène, lifeguard and former lifeguard, offers ocean and calm water swimming activities and ocean introductions. She also offers two special "Ocean Connection" sessions to work on your wave apprehension and self-confidence. A whole range of activities combining land and sea will enhance your aquatic performance. Discover different activities: Swim run, "Ocean circuit training", "Functional beach training", "Ocean flow". Ocean junior training" sessions and swimming lessons are available in Seignosse and St Jean de Luz in the Basque Country. All-water swimming courses, swim runs and a "Junior Ocean Watersafety" program are also available. Take up the challenge, improve your physical condition and develop your connection to the ocean in complete safety!
