"Live the ocean differently" with Sauvetage Côtier de Seignosse at Estagnots beach. Want to discover the ocean while having fun? Join Seignosse Sauvetage Côtier and immerse yourself in a unique experience! Our summer courses will enable you to combine knowledge of the ocean with sporting activities, while sharing the strong values of coastal lifeguards: mutual aid, respect and surpassing yourself. From July 6 to August 21, a variety of fun and adapted activities inspired by professional lifesaving on the sand (running and flags) and in the water (swimming, bodysurfing and paddle boarding): - Monday to Friday: for 6/9 year-olds, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and for 10/13 year-olds, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Wednesdays: for ages 14 and up, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. *please bring a wetsuit if possible.
